If you own a cafe, or are planning to open a coffee shop, we are the facility to have your baristas trained.
We offer 40 hours of roasting classes with our master roaster, Ryan Mosler, covering all the elements of becoming a successful roaster.
Learn basic brewing methodology for many pour over methods including, but not limited to: V60, Melitta, Chemex, and Siphon.
We strongly believe that a good cupper is a good roaster and highly recommend taking our cupping class prior to roasting.
